It has Genuine Swarovski Crystals, Fancy etched stainless steel buckle, & is double stitched! We will make any size and type of collar you need. We're located in Ohio. All our items are custom Hand-Crafted or Vintage. Every now & then we have new items. Keep checking back or email your inquiries to us!
